How do I find the right FXA league for my skill level?

If you’re new in town or just want a relaxed vibe, try Bowling, Cornhole, or Kickball. You’ll follow a schedule and track your team on the leaderboard, but it’s all about social fun and casual play. If you’re experienced and ready to compete, sign up for Soccer, Basketball, or Flag Football. You’ll play a full season, chase playoff spots, and aim for ultimate bragging rights.

When will I get my schedule?

Expect your full schedule by email 3–5 days before your season’s start date.

Can I request specific game times?

After you register, email your preferences. We’ll note the request when building schedules, but can’t guarantee every request.

What if I don’t have a full team?

Use the Individual or Small Group sign-up option and FXA will match you into a complete team so you never miss out.

What are my responsibilities as Team Captain?

You enter game scores promptly after each match, relay schedule changes and league updates to your teammates, and track attendance—alert FXA immediately if you must forfeit.

Am I responsible for team fees?

Yes. All team fees must be paid by the Monday after registration closes. You may split payment among players, but any unpaid balance reverts to you for settlement before your team can be scheduled.

How do I add players to my team?

Every teammate must register and sign the waiver so they appear on your roster automatically. Once a player completes registration, they are added to your team—no further steps needed.

What are my roster requirements?

Your team must meet the league’s minimum roster size before play begins. You may only remove a player if you have at least two regular-season games remaining, and all rosters lock once the first playoff bracket is posted.

Can I add players after the season starts?

Established captains can invite new players through the dashboard (up to your league’s max roster size) and pay a $10 late signup fee. No additions are allowed after any playoff bracket is posted, and free-agent captains cannot add players.
