Sign-on bonus
Both bonuses are paid at the end of the probationary period, once all requirements below are met.
How to qualify
Four requirements. A stronger officiating team. Rewards for both of you.

Be an active team member
You must be an active FXA Sports official, scorekeeper, or coordinator.

Notify your assignor
Let your assignor know who you are referring so they can begin onboarding and make sure you receive referral credit.

Refer a qualified official
Your referral must be capable of officiating FXA games and hold the appropriate sport certification, if required.

Complete 30 games in 3 months
The new official must work at least 30 games within their first 3 months.
When do you get paid? Once all four requirements are met, you and the referred official each receive $100 at the end of the probationary period.
